I still get confused with ounces and millimeters and sometimes I don't say it in both measurements when I talk about recommended materials for a pattern, simply because I still cannot remember this whole table :)
If you have the same problem, here's a chart for you, you can save it as a picture or download a printable PDF, print it and put it on the wall in your workshop. I know that you can find many images like this in Google but they're often low resolution and not really suitable for printing, some aren't well-readable, etc, anyway here's one more Leather Thickness Chart from Karlova Design :)
