This is a quick project to make a cool looking rack for your leather crafting tools, makeup brushes, pens, pencils and all the other stuff of similar shape :) Please follow the material recommendations to achieve the best result!
The pattern has stitching holes marked for 5mm stitching irons.
Size: Width 13” Height 3.3” Depth 2.5”
What you are gonna need:
Tools: Knife or scissors, stitching irons, hole punches, skiver, maul or mallet, pair of harness needles, waxed thread.
Materials: Top and sides should be made out of stiff leather, at least 5 oz (2 mm). The bottom should be made of softer and thinner leather so the sides stay straight at the bottom seams - this is not only an esthetic requirement but would also affect the stability of the whole thing. You will also need some thick leather scraps to make the dividers on the bottom.
