Emoji Purse PDF Pattern

Quick, simple, fun project, great gift for people with internet addiction!
You can make several and change them daily according to your mood: I added 3 other emojis as a bonus (angry, crying and the one with the hearts in its eyes).

The pattern comes without a strap but I attached a separate file for a standard strap with a buckle if you need one.

Size: 9" diameter, 2.5" deep

Materials:

I used a 3-4 oz waxed firm veg tan (Ponte Wax), the main requirement is that the leather should be firm. It would be ok to use something up to 5-6 oz. For the face appliqués, 2-3 oz would be just fine. The tears on my bag are made with 5 oz medium temper leather - as long as they hold their shape, it’s fine.

Hardware:

1 x 12” zipper (3mm)
2 x 1” D-rings
2 x swivel hooks for the strap

Pattern is designed for hand stitching.
Comes with written instructions and assembly pictures.

The pattern has stitching holes marked for 5 SPI stitching irons (5 stitches per inch, or approximately 5.2 mm). 5 mm stitching irons made by metric system sometimes fit, sometimes they don’t (depending on manufacturer). If you have 5 mm irons and the spacing seems a tad too large for them you can print the pattern at 96.2% scale. I advise to print one page and try your irons to see how they fit before printing the entire pattern.

Formats: A4 and USLetter.
